The Heritage Act 2011 (NT) (Heritage Act) sets up a system for assessing, declaring and protecting heritage places in the Northern Territory. The Heritage Act is administered by the Minister for Arts, Culture and Heritage and the Department of Lands, Planning and the Environment.
