Lendlease Commits to Dhawura Ngilan in New RAP

Lendlease has launched its fourth Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) – Country, Truth and our Shared Story 2025–2028 – and set a leading example for the construction and infrastructure sectors by committing to embed the Dhawura Ngilan Business and Investor Principles across its policies and operations.

The RAP demonstrates Lendlease’s strong commitment to protecting First Nations cultural heritage and self-determination, through clear, time-bound actions, including:

  • Embedding Dhawura Ngilan principles into key policies, such as Environmental Health & Safety, risk assessments, assurance programs, and the Sustainability Framework
  • Reviewing Indigenous Cultural and Intellectual Property (ICIP) clauses and developing internal guidance on First Nations data sovereignty
  • Commissioning First Nations-led Cultural Heritage Assessments
  • Applying Dhawura Ngilan principles in upcoming development projects
